On the nose kiwi and lemon thyme promise a sauvignon blanc of balance and intrigue. The round palate brings a rousing tropical mix of honeydew melon, mango, pineapple, and nectarine while the tart and refreshing acid-driven finish delivers plenty of lime, orange zest, and subtle kumquat to create a pleasant tension. With a bit of air the wine opens up to reveal aromas of ripe bell pepper with dashes of fennel and cilantro.
