Look for aromas of irresistible Pasteis de Nata Portuguese custard tarts, crème brulée, and graham cracker working together to inspire your first sip. In the mouth, passion fruit and peach mingle with a cashew / macadamia nut plumpness. The long creamy finish offers a whiff of nutmeg and plenty of cedar and toast. A through-line of balanced acidity keeps everything stitched together. Aficionados of new Meursault take note.
